O2 Call Centre

O2 is a leading digital communications company with the highest customer satisfaction for any mobile provider according to Ofcom.

With over 25 million customers, O2 runs 2G, 3G and 4G networks across the UK, as well as operating O2 Wifi and owning half of Tesco Mobile. With over 450 retail stores and sponsors you can see why Dawson Hinds Creative Spaces were delighted to be asked to design and fit out their call centre in Derry, Northern Ireland.

The aim of this project was to create a modern working environment. This included a collaborative working space and break out area for the staff. Our design team worked closely with the project manager at O2 to create effective space planning and interior design as well as recommending the best products to meet the needs of the staff.

The focus was on the overall look and feel of the space but the well being of the staff was also paramount in the design. Therefore, the provision of fantastic ergonomics was one of the main priorities. The collaborative space encourages internal discussions and promotes effective communications.
